Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ottawa, ON
Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ottawa, ON. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
– Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
– Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
– Perform general office duties including copying, scanning, and filing
– Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed
– Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
– 1+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
