Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– High school diploma or equivalent
