Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Calgary, Canada

Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries.
2. Use CRM system to document customer interactions and update account information.
3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
4. Assist with order processing and tracking, including shipment updates and returns.
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

Qualifications:
