Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAt MLSE Digital Labs, we are passionate about using technology to deliver a value-centric experience throughout sports and entertainment, regardless of whether the customer is an internal or external consumer of what we build. As part of Digital Labs, the Customer Data and Relationship Platforms team applies that approach by combining technology and data to improve our interactions with our customers. This directive is critical to the ongoing success of MLSE’s core business and the growth and expansion into new business opportunities.Position Type: 12 Month Full Time Contract

  • Design impactful, attractive, compelling solutions using CRM Analytics.
  • Architect data and transformation processes, including dataflow and datasets, as well as create dashboards.
  • Use a Data Prep recipe in CRM Analytics to clean, transform, and enrich data before loading data into one or more targets.
  • Partner with the Salesforce Admins and Developers to ensure all development meets enterprise standards.
  • Support BI Team with data analysis, statistical models, reporting insights, automation, dashboards and performance measurement to assist in developing business strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for initiatives, products, and services, supervising the design and delivery of reports and insights.
  • Ability to display complete quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • Certified in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced knowledge of writing complex SQL and SAQL queries and working with various Databases.
  • Experience programming in data-focused languages like Java, Python, or R
  • General knowledge in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with data preparation and transformations, ETL development, data modelling, data warehousing, and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of conceptual modelling, metadata, reference data management, data quality and analysis.
  • Team first, positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude.
  • Proven experience and ability to lead complex projects.
  • Experience in consulting or project management is considered an asset.
  • Superb communication skills and ability to explain sophisticated insights to a non-technical individual.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to staff members.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails
– Managing office supplies and equipment
– Creating and maintaining office filing systems
– Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping

Qualifications:
