The Ontario Government client is looking for a Project Manager with expertise in technical domains such as Oracle Database and Unix systems. Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for tracking project progress, updating project schedules, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project success
– Prepare project schedules, track progress, and update project milestones
– Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
– Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Perform quality control checks to ensure projects meet company standards

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in construction project management
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
– Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or Microsoft Project
