Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product development and management processes and be able to drive product development from concept to launch. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, conducting market research, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution. They will also play a key role in developing product roadmaps, creating business cases, and leading product launches.

Responsibilities:
– Define product strategy and roadmap to drive product vision and execution
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development
– Create business cases and financial models to support product investment decisions
– Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies
– Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement
– Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging
– Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in product management

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software company
– Proven track record of driving successful product launches and growing product revenue
– Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
– Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to changing priorities
– Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
