Ontario Government Client is looking for a Project Manager with expertise in project coordination and release management. Key skills required include strong organizational skills, communication skills, and experience in managing projects and implementing releases.
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize office paperwork and files
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet and assist visitors
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Make travel arrangements
– Invoicing and processing payments
– Manage office supplies and equipment
– Assist in preparing reports and presentations
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
