Job description:
Our client is seeking passionate and experienced professionals to fill the role of College Instructor in Child and Youth Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, facilitating discussions, and conducting evaluations related to child and youth care theory and practice.

Key responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver course material related to child and youth care
– Provide support and guidance to students in learning and applying theoretical concepts to real-world situations
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
– Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback to support their learning and development
– Participate in curriculum development and program review processes

Qualifications:
– A minimum of a Master’s degree in Child and Youth Care or a related field
– Previous teaching or training experience is an asset
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the field of child and youth care
– Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
