Job Description:

Oasis Farm Water Co. is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
– Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees, including orientation and training
– Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processing
– Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
– Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
– Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees
– Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
– Stay current with HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:

– 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– CPHR designation is an asset
