Receptionist/Administrator – Full Time
We are seeking a reliable and personable individual to fill the position of Receptionist/Administrator at our busy office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner
– Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Manage and coordinate schedules for meetings and appointments
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
– Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
