Position: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly

Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing incoming and outgoing mail
– Typing and preparing documents
– Assisting with scheduling and calendar management
– Data entry and maintaining office files
– Coordinating meetings and appointments
– Providing general support to staff and visitors

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication and organizational skills
