Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely answers
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
– Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
