Job Description

Position: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other data entry software.

Responsibilities:
– Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in the database
– Ensuring data integrity and security by following company data management policies
– Generating reports and spreadsheets as needed
– Responding to data inquiries and resolving any discrepancies
– Providing administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
– Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication and organizational skills
