Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities:

– Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
– Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts
– Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products
– Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner
– Monitor warehouse activities to ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
– Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
– Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on warehouse operations and performance
– Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems
– Ability to lift and move heavy items
– Knowledge of safety and security procedures
