The ideal candidate should have experience in wholesale parts business planning and marketing and possess tactical skills to effectively execute marketing and sales programs. They should also be able to coordinate and communicate with the Dealers and OEM team on related features.
Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails
– Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
– Performing data entry and filing
– Assisting with office organization and maintenance
– Coordinating meetings and events
– Running errands as needed
– Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
