Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, as well as driving aftermarket sales growth through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The role also involves providing technical assistance and support to customers, as well as collaborating with service and parts departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive aftermarket sales growth
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory
– Provide technical assistance and support to customers, including training and troubleshooting
– Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure customer needs are met
– Submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and account plans
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
– At least 2 years of related aftermarket sales experience
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
