Job Description:

AmerisourceBergen is currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their team in Toronto, ON. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making processes
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
– Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
– Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data
– Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
– Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– CPA or CFA designation is an asset
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
– Experience with ERP systems is preferred
