The Development Program Manager will work with project teams to ensure project schedules and deliverables related to timing, performance, and cost are met. This role involves coordinating and supporting projects for major OEMs.
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails and chat messages promptly and professionally
– Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
– Collaborating with other team members to meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
