Myant is developing a digital presence platform that allows people to have a continuous and expressive digital presence. This platform will integrate with other IoT devices in the environment, enabling people to communicate and leverage their physical presence over their digital presence.
Job Description

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the production process, ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of products. The Production Manager will be responsible for optimizing production processes, managing production schedules, and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing production plans, monitoring and analyzing production performance, and providing leadership and guidance to production staff. The Production Manager will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in production management and possess a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles. A degree in engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in production management are required for this position.
