Shipment Coordinator

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods during the shipping process. You will work closely with carriers, customers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate shipments with carriers and customers
– Monitor the movement of goods from origin to destination
– Track shipments and provide updates to customers
– Resolve any issues that may arise during shipping
– Communicate with carriers, customers, and team members to ensure smooth operations
– Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in logistics or shipping preferred
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
– Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
