Job Description

A reputable construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the Toronto area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the projects, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor and supplier coordination, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
– Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion
– Monitor project progress and performance to ensure quality standards are met
– Manage project documentation and track project milestones
– Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates
– Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
– Ensure projects are completed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
– Previous experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
– Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials
– Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
– Proficient in project management software and tools
– PMP certification is considered an asset
