We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and work on a large project for a Fortune 500 company. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing or product development, and be skilled in using project management software and tools.

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. The Customer Service Representative will also handle and resolve customer complaints, provide product information and assist customers with any issues or concerns.

Responsibilities:
– Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
– Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
– Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more
– Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and effective communication
– Follow up, make schedule changes, and document customer interactions and transactions
– Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines while performing job duties
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Proficient in using CRM software
– Ability to work well in a team environment
