Title: Store Manager – Retail

Location: Whitehorse, YT, Canada

Job Description:
Our company is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail store in Whitehorse, YT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing merchandising strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead a team of sales associates and support staff
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
– Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
– Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
– Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
– Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
– Collaborate with the head office on marketing and promotional initiatives
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
