Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in Etobicoke.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the office team
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
– Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
