Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Actively engage with customers to determine their needs and recommend products
– Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
– Maintain a neat and organized store layout
– Assist with restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed correctly
– Perform opening and closing duties as required
– Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
– Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail sales experience is an asset
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Must be reliable and punctual
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
