Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls and emails, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
– Resolve customer complaints and issues
– Process returns and exchanges
– Maintain accurate customer records in the database
