Job Description

Position: Personal Shopper

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

Our company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Personal Shopper to join our team. The Personal Shopper will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting and purchasing clothing, accessories, and other items, as well as providing personalized shopping services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist clients in selecting and purchasing clothing, accessories, and other items based on their preferences and needs
– Provide personalized shopping services to clients, including offering style advice and recommendations
– Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, brands, and products in order to assist clients effectively
– Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients
– Process payments and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred
– Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, and products
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
