Business Manager position available for overseeing contracts with vendors in the Rehabilitation and Arthritis portfolios, reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation. The location is popular and attracting professionals from different countries.

Job Description: We are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional service and expertise to clients when they need to make the largest transaction of their lives. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from start to finish. This includes: showing properties, negotiating contracts, coordinating inspections, managing the transaction process and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Build client relationships and provide exceptional service
– Manage a pipeline of clients and help them find their dream home
– Provide guidance and expertise to clients during the entire transaction process
– Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
– Coordinate inspections and appraisals
– Work collaboratively with a team of agents to provide exceptional service to clients

Qualifications:
– Must have a valid Real Estate License
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Customer-oriented mindset
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent organizational skills
