Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our team of housekeepers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the housekeeping industry, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a team of housekeepers to ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned to company standards
– Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
– Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
– Perform routine inspections of rooms to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction
– Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
– Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
– Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
