The Manager, Operational Readiness is in charge of planning and ensuring successful delivery of patient services by bringing subject matter experts from within NSH and the government. This role is needed due to the increase in relocation of patient services to this location from around the world.

Salary: $20-25/hr
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing and organizing files and documents
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Assisting with general office tasks as needed
– Providing administrative support to team members
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
