Job Description:
Randstad Canada is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temporary position in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a busy office, including managing schedules, preparing reports, answering phones, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage calendars and scheduling for multiple team members
– Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents
