Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize office operations and procedures
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
– Assist with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
– Provide general administrative support to all team members
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Detail-oriented and highly organized
