Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative/ Account Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/ Account Manager to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain customer accounts
– Address and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Provide support to the sales team as needed
– Handle administrative tasks such as updating client information and processing orders

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
