Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Providing information about products and services
– Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining accurate customer records
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software
