Job Description:
Our client, a well-established company in Toronto, is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks in the office, as well as providing support to the team.
Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Answer and direct phone calls and emails
– Coordinate meetings and appointments
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
