Title: Maintenance Technician – Plastic Injection Molding

Location: London, ON

Description:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our plastic injection molding manufacturing facility in London, ON. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
– Conducting preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment
– Troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment in a timely manner
– Performing routine and emergency maintenance on facility infrastructure
– Assisting with installation and modification of equipment as needed
– Working closely with production team to ensure minimal downtime
– Following all safety procedures and guidelines
– Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
– Experience with plastic injection molding equipment is preferred
– Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
– Availability for on-call and weekend work as needed
