Job Description

Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software solutions, as well as providing technical guidance and expertise to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
– Lead and mentor junior software engineers
– Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
– Contribute to architectural design and technical decision-making
– Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
– Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in software development
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
– Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
– Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
