JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our company is seeking a Client Relations Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, resolving any client issues or concerns, and providing support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
– Manage client accounts and communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction
– Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products or services
– Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner
– Develop strategies to improve client retention and loyalty
– Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on client performance and satisfaction

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or account management
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience working with CRM software is a plus
