Customer Service Manager
Job Description
We are searching for a Customer Service Manager to lead our support team. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the overall satisfaction and retention of our customers. This role will involve managing a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and resolving complex customer issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service management role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
