The Project & Controls Engineer/Officer, Risk Management role involves implementing project controls systems for Projects and Modifications under the direction of the Project Controls Manager-Risk. This position is responsible for managing risk and ensuring effective project controls are in place.

Salary: $20 – $22 per hour

Job Description:
Our client, a well-established construction company, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Mississauga, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
– Create and maintain project schedules
– Prepare and review project budgets
– Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
– Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment
– Monitor and report on project progress
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a project coordination role
– Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
