The Senior Architectural Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of an architecture practice, including project delivery, resource management, and process improvement.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

– Generate leads and drive sales through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
– Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and closing skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
