Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Our company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Maintain office supply inventory
– Perform data entry tasks
– Update and maintain filing system
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
– Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
– Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
