Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the logistics process, from planning and coordinating shipments to tracking and monitoring delivery schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage all aspects of the logistics process, including planning and coordinating shipments, tracking delivery schedules, and resolving any issues that may arise
– Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including tracking information, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure that sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand
– Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
– Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline the logistics process
– Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to the transportation of goods

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
– Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
– Knowledge of transportation regulations and standards
