Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve goals for the organization
– Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives
– Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and challenges
– Lead a team of marketing professionals in executing tactics to support overall business objectives
– Utilize data and analytics to drive decision making and optimize marketing strategies
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader organizational goals
– Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to meet marketing program needs
– Present updates and results to senior leadership on a regular basis

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
– 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
– Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing automation platforms
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
– Strong project management and organizational skills
– Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and trends
