The Landscape Horticulturist will be responsible for maintaining gardens and grounds at the PNE. They will report to the Maintenance Manager and perform various maintenance tasks, as well as projects as assigned.
Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and growth for the company. You will also be responsible for managing the marketing team and ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

– Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets
– Oversee and manage the marketing team, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing feedback
– Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
– Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
– Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategy and tactics

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
