Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
– Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

– Assist in scheduling and managing staff rotas
