The receptionist team, general manager, and resident services manager are responsible for administrative, accounting, and project work. They greet and assist residents and visitors at the property.
Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience managing office operations.

Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing the calendar of the executive team
– Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
– Maintaining filing systems
– Assisting with financial tasks such as invoice processing and expense reports
– Providing general administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
