Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. You will also assist with order processing, product inquiries, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in person
– Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Handling product inquiries and providing detailed information to clients
– Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
– Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
