The Role:
Sales Associates with WIRELESS etc…don’t just sell products – they are the face of TELUS & Costco! Your focus is to drive home the excellence of TELUS & Costco by speaking with customers, increasing customer loyalty, and becoming a brand ambassador for both TELUS & Costco. You will be selling mobile phones and plans suitable for families or individuals that best meet our exclusive Costco member’s needs and provide outstanding member service.
Responsibilities:
Achieve daily sales targets.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
Effectively handle customer inquiries, providing all customers with the same consistent service.
Stay up to date with all the latest products, services, and promotions.
Support the marketing campaign with your unique personality and lifestyle experience.

Requirements:
Hit those sales targets and attend a paid 2-week TELUS sales course.
Completion of high school is required. Post-secondary education is an asset.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales experience.
You must have a knack for listening, connecting with others, and giving a solution-based sales presentation.
The availability to work Retail hours discreetly and within certain parameters.
