Title: Cashier/Customer Service

Location: Burnaby, British Columbia

Salary: $15 – $18 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
– Perform cashier duties including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and providing refunds
– Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
– Assist customers in locating merchandise and making purchase decisions
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
– Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
– Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills and attention to detail
– Knowledge of POS systems is an asset
– Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
– Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
